Instead of returning your item, simply reach out to us for a full refund. Why? Returns contribute to unnecessary carbon emissions, which goes against our sustainability goals. Just email us with details, attach a picture of the issue, and we’ll refund you in full. If possible, please recycle or donate the product locally afterward.
